Each time an item ships from our warehouse, we’ll send you an email that includes the shipping carrier’s name and your order’s tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track your order, or click “Track shipment” above. Learn more about Apple Shipping & Pickup(Opens in a new window)

The shipping carrier decides whether an order requires a signature upon delivery. You can contact your carrier for more details. Learn more about Apple Shipping(Opens in a new window)

To cancel, click “Cancel item” while your order is in the Processing status. If you’re canceling an item that’s shipping to an address, you will not be billed. If you’re canceling a pickup item, you may have been billed. Once you submit your cancel request, we will initiate your refund immediately. If you’re unable to cancel your item online, you may be able to return it. To see if your item is eligible for a return, visit the Returns & Refunds(Opens in a new window) page.

If you’d like to return an item, click “Start a return” to ship the item back to us, or take it to any U.S. Apple Store. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll initiate your refund immediately. Learn more about Apple Returns & Refunds(Opens in a new window)

If you asked to receive text notifications, we’ll send you a text message when your items have shipped or when they’re ready for pickup. We may also contact you if there’s an issue with your order. Texts are sent between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your time zone.

You can edit your mobile phone number at any time by signing in to your account and editing the “Shipment Notification” or “Pickup Notification” preferences. To stop notifications, reply to the text message with “STOP”.

If you paid for any portion of an item with your Apple Account balance, and are owed a refund for returning or cancelling it, we will issue that portion of refund back to your Apple Account balance. Similarly, if you paid for your new item with Apple Account balance and we owe you a trade-in refund, we’ll credit it to your Apple Account balance. In either case, we’ll issue this refund amount to you on an Apple Gift Card by email if your Apple Account balance is at or near the maximum limit.
